Maggie Calloway, PT, DPT received her DPT from The Ohio State University and have been a PT for 11 years. After spending a few years in the outpatient ortho/sports world, she transitioned to working full time in the acute care setting at Grant Medical Center. Maggie is an APTA Certified Clinical Instructor and took over the role of SCCE in the fall of 2021. Since taking over the role of SCCE, she has been working hard to update all of our pre-clinical communications, improving resources for CIs on how to navigate challenging and exceptional students, working on creating site specific learning objectives for our students, redefining entry level in relation to the new CPI 3.0, and of course working to educate CIs on the new CPI 3.0! In addition to serving as SCCE and CI, Maggie is a member of our SCI core team, Vestibular Therapy core team, and Pelvic Health core team. ELC 2023 will be Maggie’s first time attending the conference and is excited for the opportunity.
Jenifer Flynn, MPT works in acute care at St. Elizabeth in Edgewood, KY. After graduating from The Ohio State University MPT program, Jenifer began her PT career in Charlotte, NC at Carolinas Rehabilitation in 2007. Jenifer became a clinical instructor after just 1 year at the rehab, with a little encouragement from her mentor. She earned my APTA clinical instructor credential in 2009. She has worked with 15-20 students in her 16-year career. Students help renew her love for her job. Jenifer hopes her students learn as much from her as she does from them.
