The Peter D. Mosher Educational Leadership Conference (ELC) Scholarship
You may hear members of the Ohio-Kentucky Consortium talk about a special colleague of ours, Peter D. Mosher, PT, DPT, OCS. Pete was an Assistant Professor and Director of Clinical Education at the College of Mount St. Joseph in Cincinnati, Ohio and the former Chair of the Ohio-Kentucky Consortium of Physical Therapy Programs for Clinical Education. Pete took his final breath on December 7th, 2013 at 32 years of age, but continues to be remembered for his warm, genuine, spirit-filled character, his eloquence with words, his vision, and commitment to the profession of physical therapy.
To honor Pete, the consortium members created ‘The Peter D. Mosher Educational Leadership Conference (ELC) Scholarship.’ This award is designed to recognize a physical therapist who demonstrates the characteristics of compassion, excellence, and a vision for physical therapy clinical education.
