The Ohio-Kentucky Consortium of PT Programs for Clinical Education announces:
Scholarships for PT CLINICIANS for the fall 2017 APTA Education Leadership Conference (ELC)!
Dates: October 13-15, 2017 (Opening reception 6-8 PM Thursday, October 12) Location: Columbus, Ohio (Hyatt Downtown) Number of Scholarships: 8 Amount: Up to $300/person to apply to registration fees. (Excludes travel costs) Registration Costs: $295 for APTA Members and $395 for non-members

What’s ELC?
ELC is a yearly national meeting for clinical and academic educators and a forum for discussion of current and future hot topics in clinical education. This year the location is Columbus, Ohio in the heart of the Ohio-Kentucky Consortium of PT Programs for Clinical Education (OKPTCE) region!
Why attend ELC?
ELC offers opportunities to network with others who care about clinical education, grow through education programming and earn CEUs. We who direct clinical education in universities seek your ideas and perspectives as we work to move our profession forward and explore potential changes in the way clinical education is delivered.

Overview of Scholarships
Scholarship funds are designed to support the registration of our clinical colleagues for the Fall APTA Education Leadership Conference in Columbus, Ohio from October 13-15, 2017. Who may apply? Applicants must be licensed PT clinical educators who affiliate with at least one of the Ohio-Kentucky Consortium member institutions (see programs above in our logo). APTA membership is encouraged and preferred. Selection Procedures:
Clinicians will self-nominate for this scholarship through an online application process.
Online applications will be open Monday, August 7, 2017 and close on Monday, August 21, 2017.
The Consortium will notify the winners by August 28, 2017.
